There's a little Tuscany in Lou Cantou. Two rooms, two terraces, one of which is protected from the sun's rays by orange sails. The chef, Stéphane, works exclusively with fresh products: sheep panna cotta with olives, lentil tabbouleh with coriander shrimps and granny apples, parmentier of duck confit and sweet potatoes with spices and to finish a tiramisu with walnuts and gingerbread! Other dishes are of course available à la carte. A menu that gives pride of place to imagination and travel.
