LE GOURMET QUERCYNOIS
Restaurant with terrace proposing a refined and sincere traditional cuisine.
In this 17th century Quercy house, chef Arnaud Gibert's cuisine has found its setting: pan-fried foie gras, cassoulet, duck breast with truffle butter... Everything is tasty, generous, while maintaining a beautiful elegance. Depending on the season, you can sit on the small terrace or near the huge fireplace. While the meal can start with a chestnut wine, it is recommended to end it with the pastis of the Lagarde house in Cajarc, a Lotois cake if there is one. Unless the duo of saffron and old plum crème brûlée is of interest to you!
