SAVEURS ET SAFRAN
Saffron has been grown in Quercy since the Middle Ages. Between the 15th and 18th centuries, it was everywhere, before being somewhat forgotten and rediscovered a few centuries later. Growing it requires patience and attention to detail. To find out more, Saveurs et Safran has a small museum dedicated to this spice, also known as red gold. In the store, you'll discover all its facets: in powder or pistils, but also through processed products (oil, condiments, etc.). The boutique also offers other delicious flavours!
