The first floor comprises a shower room with separate toilet, 2 bedrooms and a terrace. Upstairs, you'll find a large south-facing terrace, a large living room with a lounge area and a spacious kitchen, as well as a toilet, a shower room and 2 bedrooms. Outside, there's a park with parking, a pétanque court, a ping-pong table, a basketball hoop, a dart board and a saltwater swimming pool.
