LE BISTRO DE LA CAVE
Address with a terrace offering market cuisine with fresh, organic and local products, pancakes and crepes.
Formerly a butcher's shop, warmly redecorated, Le Bistro de la Cave is a charming place where Philippe awaits you with a very pleasant sense of hospitality. The establishment is just as comfortable, it can accommodate up to 35 people in the dining room and its terrace is ideal for sunny days! As its name also indicates, the owner has selected a tight but demanding choice of a hundred regional wines and more exotic or prestigious (Ventoux, Auvergne and naturally great Bordeaux wines: for all budgets!). You will find a beautiful market cuisine with fresh products, mostly organic and local at most. The "homemade" is the restaurant's brand, no frozen food in the kitchen! Foie gras, confit, duck breast, fish depending on the arrival, often prepared in papillote but also according to the mood: you have a delicious demonstration of know-how. Vegetarian menus are also possible, adapted to your tastes. Every day, buckwheat pancakes and wheat pancakes are prepared, with organic flour of course, we fell for the salted butter caramel one, followed by a small espresso... arabica 100% organic!
