A bar-restaurant with a terrace facing the castle offering specialties à la plancha, tapas and market cuisine.

Work was carried out at L'Escadron in 2024. The bar-restaurant just opposite the Château Henri IV now boasts a new kitchen and enlarged dining room. The warm setting serves bistro-style dishes that are easy to devour: grilled meats, calf's head, homemade duck confit... Desserts range from crème brûlée and chocolate fondant to baba au rhum. All excellent. It's a bar where you can meet for coffee in the morning and enjoy plancha, tapas and a good bottle of wine as an aperitif in the evening.

Très déçu.
Ma viande immangeable tellement recuite et dure.
Nous l avons dis et limite on nous a pourri car leur viande est pour eux excellente.
Un bon resto fait un geste quand son client est mécontent
La ce n est pas le cas
Très cher pour pas grand chose.

Food was good. Service was fast. Not a lot of vegetarian options. No vegan options whatsoever. Felt a bit crammed, like in all typical French restaurants.

J'ai demandé un Burger, on ne m'as pas demandé la cuisson du steak, je le voulais saignant on me l'a apporté à point. Ensuite de la salade dans l'assiette du Burger et l'assiette était chaude .... dommage..
