On the edge of Baïse, where the old tanneries used to be, contemporary art is now in the spotlight and open to all in old Nérac. To promote contemporary creation, this site relies on meetings and exchanges between artists in residence and the public. Here, art also lives alongside independent workers who benefit from a co-working space adapted to their professional activity. The exhibition of the annual comic strip festival "Les rencontres Chaland" also takes place here every year in October.
