Great house elaborating a home cooking with regional products, fresh, of season and of tradition.
Samuel and Nathan, respectively head chef and pastry chef, create their recipes using fresh, local, seasonal products inspired by tradition: Rocamadour croustillant tartiflette, beef pavé with pepper sauce, lamb parmentier with garlic and thyme, foie gras millefeuille... not forgetting the homemade desserts of the day. The large house that houses them, typical of the Quercy Blanc limestone plateaux, offers a charming setting for welcoming gourmets. A must for lovers of authentic cuisine.
