LAIT FRÈRES
Ludo and Manu, the two brothers of Gaec Bonnet, raise about fifty heads of dairy cows on the family farm in Ganic, in the municipality of Castelnau-Montratier. The two young farmers started selling fresh pasteurized, whole and semi-skimmed milk in 2011. Two years later, they started making yoghurts, a product available in natural or flavoured versions, obviously in a natural way: vanilla, lemon, strawberry and apricot. Over time, Ludo and Manu have expanded their range of dessert creams with vanilla, coffee, caramel and, most recently, chocolate.
