Built in the 12th and 13thcenturies , the Tour de Montcuq is a rectangular keep measuring 12 m by 8.50 m, with a spiral staircase. A testament to medieval architecture, the tower, listed as a Monument Historique in 1904, has given Montcuq its unique silhouette. Visit the tower and discover its four rooms, vaulted ceilings, fireplaces and latrines, as well as three exhibitions: a permanent exhibition on the village in the Middle Ages, one on Lot heritage and one on Nino Ferrer. The panoramic terrace on the5th floor offers an exceptional view of the village.
