Founded in 1967, this family-run cookie factory has never changed hands, although its name has. Formerly known as Biscuiterie Les Saules, it became Biscuiterie du Quercy in 2010. True to its commitment to quality products, it offers a range free from colorants and preservatives. Specialties include the famous rolled waffles, known as Curbelets in Occitan, chocolate cigars and meringues nappées. The cookie factory also features an organic selection, made from organically grown ingredients.
