LA BONNE FAMILLE
A few kilometres from the Dordogne Valley, this Logis de France hostel is located in the immediate vicinity of the border between Corrèze and the Lot. The restaurant room is located in a very old building that was used as a forge. Michel and Jean-Baptiste's cuisine can be described as local and refined. We love the samoussa of rocamadour with figs and nuts and the fried foie gras with its candied apple and homemade gingerbread. Special mention also goes to the duck breast with violet mustard from Brive. Note that the chef has two specialities: Quercynois pastis in puff pastry with candied gizzards and ceps and apple and armagnac croustade... The children are also given real meals to discover the local cuisine. And if it is hot, we are offered access to the hotel's swimming pool. A good gourmet address as we like them!

nice restaurant, NS let us to discover this square with our friends when they come DS the region.
