LE PAVILLON SAINT-MARTIN * * *
Elegant rooms facing the abbey church or the belfry of Souillac
Facing the abbey church or the belfry of Souillac, you will fall under the charm of this building dating from the 16th century. The seduction continues from the entrance, between the old stones and under the exposed beams, and in the reception hall where a grand piano is enthroned. The 11 rooms are neat and elegant. Everything is bright and harmonious. Another strong point of the hotel is its breakfast with fresh products from local suppliers and served in the vaulted and stoned room.

We had a great 3 day stay with Benjamin at La Pavillion in early July. He and his staff were friendly and helpful—the location in Souillac is right next to an amazing former church made into a gallery. Souillac is a special town—quiet but deep :). The breakfasta were really excellent and robust! Thanks for the warm welcome and hospitality! Highly recommended :)
