The establishment takes its name from the book written in 1931 by Pierre Benoit during one of his stays in the hotel. You will find the warm atmosphere of an old-fashioned restaurant so well described by the novelist. The chef Patrick Lagnès makes it a point of honor to serve high quality traditional cuisine. An excellent value for money for one of the jewels of local cuisine. Traditional, but also inventive and subtle. Warm service as a bonus. A no-fault restaurant!
