The Gouraud family raises a herd of 250 goats on their farm, just outside the village of Vaylats on the road to Caussade. Father and son produce fragrant, smooth and creamy farmhouse Rocamadour PDO. It can be bought directly or ordered by phone. The products of Mas de Raounel can also be found on the market of Lalbenque on Saturday morning and in some local stores.
