FERME DE LA THOUMAZE
Everything, everything, you will know everything about the Foie gras by visiting the farm of La. Christine and Jérôme welcome you all year round to make you visit their farms and discover the secrets of the breeding and processing of volatile grassouillets. In this traditional breeding, in the full-lot-and-garonnaise campaign, geese and ducks are reared in the open air, fed with grass grass and cereal produced on site, and stuffed with small round grain corn. They are then cooked in a traditional way according to traditional recipes before they can be found on your plate. Every Friday evening, Christine and Jérôme organize (on reservation) the "farm evenings": in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, come and taste the Thoumaze base, composed exclusively of farm products. A small detour through the shop will allow you to bring your whole fatty livers of goose and duck, rillettes, pâtés, we, gizzards and heart cores, and the famous goose fat, and the famous goose fat with which you will make French fries or sarladaises.
