A long-time organic convert, the domaine has been experimenting with sulfite-free wines since 2014. Two of their cuvées are available in traditional or sulfite-free versions. Everyone can make up their own mind according to their own palate. Unanimously recognized by the profession, Le Cèdre wines regularly win awards from the international press. A rare wine and an excellent introduction to discovering or rediscovering Cahors.
