In a valley of the Montagne Noire, 10 km from Mazamet, Myriam Dereix took over in 2018 the company of organic and ethical cosmetics based on donkey milk created in 2004 by Martine and Nathalie. She has since implemented the know-how of the donkey profession passed down by the former owners and since 2019 has been developing an agrotourism activity in which her table d'hôtes is part of.
