In the center of Alban, the Lou Bass Plat restaurant is an address to remember. Taken over in autumn 2018 by Nancy and Yohan, here the recipes give pride of place to local produce. Perfect for a meal break on your commute, a family meal or an outing with friends. The arguments for making this your gourmet rendez-vous are numerous: the dishes are good and generous, everything is homemade, the fruit and vegetables are in season, the service is attentive, the value for money is very honest... Arrivés dans ce restaurant un peu par hasard à l'occasion d'une pause repas sur le chemin du retour, nous sommes ravis de notre chance. Superbes recettes, inédites pour nous. Nous avons été bluffés de l'entrée au dessert. Un seul regret : ne pas habiter dans le coin pour goûter à la Pavlova : il fallait bien choisir et nous n'avons pas pu tout goûter malheureusement...

Excellent restaurant je recommande fortement, s'il y avait une 6ème étoile je l'aurais mise car ça le mérite, cuisine maison du début à la fin, accueil très agréable.
