Our small preserves are the combination of Nathalie, Pauline and Claire's moods (3 initials - NPC - which recall those of their company's baptismal name) and their know-how. Nathalie, the mother, shares her thirty years of experience in the agri-food industry with her two daughters, one of whom has a very special background: accounting and pastry; the other an agricultural education. Together, these cracked jars produce a range of preserves from starter to dessert. Their oath is based on four formulas that are essential to them: natural, proximity, craftsmanship and quality. Like a bottle in the sea that tells the story of past lives, their preserves smell of nostalgia and family and traditional recipes that are sometimes forgotten: ham, roast, melsat, terrines, ratatouille, sautéed duck with mushrooms, beef stew, olive chicken, rooster wine, rabbit with mustard, tripe with mustard... Nathalie, Pauline and Claire also offer desserts, which are just as regressive: egg flan, apple raspberry French toast or orange rice pudding for example. Our small cans are available directly from the production workshop in Alban, in delicatessens, mini-markets or by mail order.
