SAPOVAL
Based in Albi, Sapoval was created in 2013, under the leadership of Erwan Trotoux. This engineer, trained at the Albi-Carmaux Mining School, has developed a unique solution for the treatment and recovery of effluents and fatty waste from food processing and catering companies. Thanks to an exclusive saponification process, Sapoval transforms this waste into liquid, odourless and biodegradable soap, which can be naturally eliminated in sewerage networks. For this purpose, the company has a mobile unit, a truck specially equipped to collect grease from the various plants and treat it on site, as well as a "fixed" unit for the pre-treatment of flotation greases, which is fully automated.
