This quay opposite the cathedral is run by two brothers, Hervé and Julien. It offers home cooking under the vaults of the old Albi building or on the shady terrace. A menu of four starters, main courses and desserts featuring regional specialties: foie gras, sweetbreads and apple croustade marinated in rum. Also on the menu is the house specialty, cassoulet. There's also a 100% Albigensian menu, featuring radishes with foie gras, saffron-flavored double gras and albigensian-style pear au vin.
