Gourmet restaurant offering frequently changing dishes.
If you're tempted by the idea of a lovely tree-lined terrace, then this is the place for you. In a most pleasant setting, the dishes change with the seasons. In the kitchen, the chef selects vegetables from local market gardeners, cheeses from the Monts de Lacaune, meat from Bousquet's in Aveyron... In short, the menu gives pride of place to local producers. The fresh salade de la mer (sea salad) caught our interest, with its variety of flavors and colors. Well-presented and well-served.

Un peu déçu par ce restaurant manque de finesse dans la présentation cela reste basique(crudités carottes betteraves..) les légumes accompagnant le plat principal reste la ratatouille pour un menu à 35 euros par contre le cadre jardin est très sympa

La terrasse sous les arbres dans un jardin privatif ainsi qu'un jolie préau décoré sombrement mais avec tout autant d'élégance pour de plus grande tablé.
Une carte simple et sans trop de choix montre la qualité de la cuisine proposé aux clients.
Un personnel et patron soucieux du moindre détails pour satisfaire leurs convives.
C'est LE restaurant d'Albi à ne pas manquer (avec réservation car tout le temps complet)
