Home-made cuisine with regional and southern flavors in a restaurant with patio in Albi.

Master restaurateur since 2008 and member of the Cuisineries Gourmandes, the Lautrec juggles yesterday's cuisine with today's flavors. Behind the scenes, Sandrine Caramelli and Kevin Costey work with passion to create homemade dishes made with fresh products. In this authentic setting, regional and southern flavors are combined around foie gras, duck, beef and lamb. Restaurant complet lors de notre passage, pas de place après nous. Il n'y a rien d'étonnant à ce succès: le cuisinier connait son travail et ça se sait probablement. On s'y régale avec une cuisine française et des mets de choix.
