Master restaurateur since 2008 and member of the Cuisineries Gourmandes, the Lautrec juggles yesterday's cuisine with today's flavors. Behind the scenes, Sandrine Caramelli and Kevin Costey work with passion to create homemade dishes made with fresh products. In this authentic setting, regional and southern flavors are combined around foie gras, duck, beef and lamb. Surprisingly, the chef's carte blanche menu will take you on a gourmet stroll with a food and wine pairing. We advise you to make reservations, especially if you want to enjoy the patio.

Je recommande sans hésiter, la localisation est aussi idéale, en pleine centre ville d'Albi.
Nous avons passer une super soirée.
Sur le menu a 38€, seul l’agneau (tendre, savoureux et bien cuit) permet de sauver le repas. Le fois gras est correct mais son association avec du poisson donne un résultat pas terrible.
Pour le dessert, aucun travail car tout tourne autour de la glace et des fruits frais sans goût.
