At the bottom of the Cours du Vigan, once you've crossed the small terrace, you'll see Samphal and his wife Supansa busy preparing the very best of Japan. From the first floor of the restaurant, you can choose from some fifteen different formulas, including sushi, maki, sashimi, yakitori skewers and futomaki, accompanied by miso soup and salad, and more recently, bento menus. Here, tuna, salmon, swordfish, sea bream and octopus are all freshly prepared. And the big plus is that sushi and all specialties are prepared to order.
