When Marco Polo stopped in Cascar, at the gateway to China, he was astonished to discover beautiful gardens, vineyards and orchards. It was these similarities with the Albi region that gave the name to this fusion restaurant, now taken over by Thibault Ruas. A reference address in Albi. At lunchtime, you'll discover a market menu. In the evening, the menu is creative and exotic. Low-temperature-cooked meats, sea fish in gravelax and tataki, ending with chocolate mousse with chickpea juice... What a journey!
