When Marco Polo stopped in Cascar, at the gateway to China, he was astonished to discover beautiful gardens, vineyards and orchards. It was these similarities with the Albigensian countryside that gave the name to this fusion restaurant, now taken over by a new, cheerful team. At lunchtime, you'll discover a market menu. In the evening, the menu is creative and exotic. Corn floating island with smoked paprika popcorn, braised piglet shoulder with sweet spices, sesame chocolate moelleux with yuzu gel... What a journey!

Une vraie bonne adresse albigeoise ! En particulier pour déjeuner en semaine en profitant d’un menu unique toujours savoureux à un prix tout à fait raisonnable.

J ai pris des 1 entrée et plat à la carte et franchement j aurais pris 1 menu sa aurait été pareil niveau quantité sais la même chose vous en aurez pas plus par contre quand vous lisez que dans le menu vous avez 2 dessert sa ma fait sourire quand j ai vue les 2 dessert que l on a apporté à ma collègue le 1er était 1 moelleux au marron de taille normale et le second était 1 gateaux au pomme mais la de taille ridicule 1 ce aurais été mis au milieu sa m aurais fait pensé à 1 café gourmand je ne recommande pas forcément au vue du prix

Une cuisine simple et efficace. Pour autant le manque de combinaison peut être un frein. À quand un menu à 30€ avec un vrai choix, plutôt que 2 menus à 3€ d'écart voire même une proposition végétarienne à l'intérieur. Le service est très agréable et très attentionné.
