Le Tournesol turns towards the Tarn sun to welcome you. It is one of the few vegetarian restaurants in the city. In a modern atmosphere, its decoration is made of wood and steel with a view on stone walls. One feels good there. Chrystelle, the owner, promises you 100% vegetarian dishes: falafels, corn cakes, crudités, burger, cauliflower curry, oven-roasted camembert with potatoes... The desserts are great, as is the welcome and the price of the plate.

Albi does not have many vegetarian options, but this is one of them. I have eaten here twice, and the ambiance and service is fine. It gets busy at lunch time during the week, and dishes sell out so do arrive early. The main concern is that the food itself is somewhat inconsistent or lacking in the interest factor. The falafel were not very crispy and were instead rather dense. Pasta dish is fine, but not better than one can make at home. I am glad this restaurant exists in Albi, but it is not my first choice.
