Le Robinson is a pretty little corner of greenery and freshness right in the heart of Albi. This unusual address is housed in an old colonial-style building on the banks of the Tarn, not far from the Pont Vieux. From its tree-lined terrace, you'll enjoy a splendid panorama and a menu of vegetarian and sweet delights. Prepared using healthy, seasonal produce, they're all homemade, and you can feel it! Unique, unexpected restaurant by the river. Quite empty when we visited on a Wednesday afternoon in early September. Had a fresh infusion/iced tea, which was perfect for a hot day. Beware of mosquitos.
