Restaurant offering a refined cuisine in a pleasant setting in Albi.
"Cooking is an art, an art of living" said the painter Toulouse-Lautrec. And that's what the Alchimy has understood. In an old Art Deco building designed by Léon Daures in the 1920s, the team of the establishment serves beautiful dishes under a luminous glass roof. In the kitchen, the menu combines tradition with quality local products. The dishes are refined and tasty: Tarn pig confit with its miso juice, Pyrenean trout in gravelax, homemade gnocchi with black truffle and parmesan cream, strawberry cappuccino with thyme... We love it!

Le cadre rococo est magnifique. D'entrée, on baigne dans l'élégance. Et cette élégance se poursuit dans l'assiette. La cuisine est raffinée, les plats sont copieux et savoureux. Et que dire des desserts, les gourmands peuvent s'en donner à coeur joie. Pour ma part, j'y suis allée deux fois pour le déjeuner et le prix est vraiment correct.
