A state-of-the-art restaurant in the heart of Tarn's capital, le Goulu has taken up residence in the Grand Hôtel d'Orléans on Place Stalingrad. The cuisine evolves with the seasons. Traditional and tasty, it is served in a modern dining room. The menu is elegant. Semi-cooked duck foie gras, scallops with morel jus, hake pavé with lemon beurre blanc, pan-fried beef fillet... To finish on a sweet note, you'll love the verbena-glazed soufflé or the crème caramel with Cordes crunch.

Tasteless fish soup. Too cooked tournedos Rossini and feel the grill. Profiteroles: pasta with a taste of cardboard and too cooked.
