Traditional and tasty, it is served in a modern dining room. The menu is elegant. Semi-cooked duck foie gras, scallops with morel jus, hake pavé with lemon beurre blanc, pan-fried beef fillet... To finish on a sweet note, you'll love the verbena-glazed soufflé or the crème caramel with Cordes crunch.

Tasteless fish soup. Too cooked tournedos Rossini and feel the grill. Profiteroles: pasta with a taste of cardboard and too cooked.
