Occitan does not seek to match the gastronomic restaurants of the capital or to attract tourists to pass. In one of the small historical streets, there is certainly a "French cancan" atmosphere, with this large mural painting Toulouse-Lautrec, but the reception and the kitchen want to live up to the reputation of Albi. We appreciate this good simple side, for a quality that breathes the authentic Occitania.
