Lionel, a registered rôtisseur, is involved in the Albi covered Market. He has just opened a box dedicated to tasting the products sold here, with a large counter and some match tables. The toast plate (fowl, fowl or croustelous) is unanimous. Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous y allons et comme le poissonnier est juste à côté, nous y mangeons les huîtres les plus fraîches. Il est important d'y réserver car il y a beaucoup de monde. L'ambiance est très conviviale et le patron et sa fille serveuse sont charmants et souriants. Chaque fois que nous allons manger à Albi, nous n'hésitons pas à y aller. 24 huîtres Marennes Oléron pour 36€ + 2 verres de vin rouge (Gaillac) 6€ + une bouteille de San Pelegrino 4€ et pour terminer, une assiette de fromages tout frais amenée par le fromager d'en face 7€ : le tout pour 53€ TTC. Nous nous régalons à chaque fois. Allez-y en toute confiance.

Notre première visite. Comment n'avons-nous jamais remarqué ce charmant petit café auparavant, je ne le sais pas. La nourriture ne pourrait pas être plus fraîche. On vient directement en face des poissonneries, des boulangeries ou des boucheries. Côté vin, je n'ai jamais goûté un chardonnay aussi doux. 10/10
