Lionel, a registered rôtisseur, is involved in the Albi covered Market. He has just opened a box dedicated to tasting the products sold here, with a large counter and some match tables. The toast plate (fowl, fowl or croustelous) is unanimous. From fish fish comes the smoked salmon base (9 € 100 g) or 6 oysters (7,50 €); the dessert of the day is chosen according to the mood of the pâtisssière on the left: crisp or galette of kings (3 €). The price is pretty nice and there, at least, no doubt the provenance of the products!

Table atypique qui permet de manger en plein milieu du marché couvert dans une ambiance conviviale. Produits locaux simples et de tres bonne qualité. Carte courte car que du frais ! Plats délicieux. Rapport qualité prix imbattable.
