In this small restaurant in the heart of Albi, a talented team offers a starter, two main courses and a dessert every day, all accompanied by fine organic wines from here and abroad. Behind the stoves, Loïc Benech and his wife Jennifer prepare bistro, fusion and authentic cuisine inspired by the world. The place is lively and local, blending the old and the Asian: hake back with bulgur and carrot cream, roasted Jerusalem artichokes with grapefruit and pink berry sauce. We particularly appreciate the friendly welcome and fast service. In season, the terrace offers a beautiful view of the Basilica of Sainte-Cécile.
