What praise on the Part Des Anges, opened almost two years ago! A place that has become the hype and irresistible restaurant in the Cordeliers district in Albi. On the fourth floor of the Cordeliers Theatre, you will have to climb a hundred steps or take the elevator before you can lunch in this large room with a view of 250 ° on the city, unfortunately caged. An Art Deco side with this ombrière that we would have had well. The garden, in the chic bistro spirit, is most contemporary: painted PVC design, grey and orange tones, bouteille aux at walls, luminaires and bar… You would almost think about a yacht! In the plate, it is refined and original. The wine tasting menu "Wine shop" is pleasant, the dishes and wines are perfect. The staff is casual, professional and small care. The kitchen is goûteuse, seasoned as it should, a real delight. The bottles displayed on the walls serve as a wine list. The room is also good in the afternoon for tea or better, afterwork for champagne and cocktails in this magnificent establishment.

After a good white cassis, one does serve a setting to us some stops (drink liqueur 5 centilitre) cooked lentils????
Suite with an entrance vegetables (the waiter following a small stuffing of my sister tells us unpleasantly that it only has 2 arms) then in dish: a small grill room with a quarter of aubergine. Decent wines white and red
Cheese: Not provided ice cream, coffee, and the bed.
If you go for the view, go your way because a ombrillére hides all.
If you are eating, go your way except in case of regime.
We could not eat on the terrace given the period but naps gone to admire the magnificent view of Albi.
The bistro menu, starter, main course and dessert were perfect with a glass of wine by main course, very well.
There is a lift to go down the concert hall, which is extremely beautiful too.
