Brochettes, pizzas and various dishes to enjoy in an authentic brasserie in Albi.
With one foot in the Jardin National and the other in Rue Camboulives, this brasserie with its Irish name - Shamrock is Gaelic for shamrock - is unique in Albi for its British flair: wood and warm colors on two floors. On the menu: pork ribs, mature Aubrac meats, the chef carefully prepares the suggestion of the day, endive salad with Roquefort walnuts and pears, squid with chorizo, rice and parsley. 18 different beers and live music two or three times a week.
