With one foot in the Jardin National and the other in rue Camboulives, this brasserie with an Irish name - Shamrock is the shamrock in Gaelic - is unique in Albi, with its British touch: wood and warm colors on two floors. On the slate, pork ribs, matured Aubrac meats, the chef carefully prepares the suggestion of the day, endive salad with Roquefort nuts and pears, squid with chorizo, rice and parsley.

C est du vol ! Très cher pour quelques bouchées. Honteux pas recommandable. Pas commerçant du tout. Bravo aux runners

Cadre très sympa, nous avons été accueillis à 13h30 pour un repas du midi sans souci, installés chaleureusement par des serveurs souriants et courtois. À la suite d'un petit incident que nous avons reporté au serveur, un genereux geste commercial nous a été fait sans que nous ayons demandé quoi que ce soit.
Je mets donc en avant l'aspect commerçant et bienveillant de ce restaurant et du personnel, ainsi que la cuisine en elle même qui y est très bonne.
