I've left it a few hours but I must post. today we visited the Pontie in Albi. we waited 20 minutes before going to find a waiter to place our hot chocolate order. After 10 minutes the waiter appeared and told us he could not serve us and that we are BANNED due to my previous review on waiting to be served I posted in the summer where we waited for over 1hr. the manager rather than reply to the post with an apology or sort out the problem decided to ban us instead. Really surely reviews are there for constructed criticism and not for punishing those who have genuine cause to complain. Not a good business plan. SHAME ON YOU MANAGEMENT
Accueillis avec le sourire par une jeune femme, placés avec le sourire par un jeune homme, servi tout le long du repas par Anthony qui était extrêmement agréable, toujours souriant et avec l’envie de satisfaire le client.
Le tout dans une ambiance sympathique et chaleureuse à l’étage.
Nous avons pris le temps de discuter avec lui après le service, un moment fort sympathique et touchant.
Nous avons été raccompagnés avec le sourire toujours par cette jeune femme du rez-de-chaussée.
Au passage, très bonne cuisine, tant au niveau de la qualité que de la quantité.
Nous recommandons chaleureusement cet établissement en remerciant encore les serveurs et serveuses pour leur accueil.
