LE SAINT-SALVY
In a beautiful cobbled courtyard, behind the cloister of Saint-Salvy church, there is a quiet address away from the noise of the city. Guy, an crusade figure, has three passions: rugby, travel and restaurants. Here he chose the latter to serve us with local specialities: double fat to the crusade, cassoulet Toulouse, tripoux to old or candied duck thigh… For a lighter kitchen, the card also offers meal salads, or meat grills to plancha. At the end of the meal, another local specialty becomes known: guitoune, an apple in the oven served warm with vanilla ice cream, hot caramel and a grout of raspberry. The classic dessert of dessert is also present: crêpes, ice cream, melt and chocolate foam.

We saw " recommended by Petit Futé " , so you tried! And what a disappointment!
Food at best passable: Chocolate fondant " faxable" so fine, was lost under an industrial cream. Not cooked chips, my piece of meat had being cut into two for two dishes...
In short, either place with changed since your passage, or .....
The place is very beautiful, a location that could do with better.
Many tourists fill this restaurant, and therefore it is needless to serve them properly as these people are " seulement" passing...
Two tables next to us complained during our meal; they are certainly not the first or last.
