Located in the Madeleine district, the Bontemps restaurant is the pleasant surprise of Albi's restoration project at the end of 2024. Firstly, it boasts a rare and exceptional view of Albi Cathedral. You'll love the warm, minimalist interior and the suspended terrace, laid out like a summer garden. Here, the welcome and service are a reflection of Emma and Pascal, the chef-owners. The menu is based on market cuisine, with a more refined touch in the evening, and for lunch, homemade white pudding with lentils, quince roasted in honey, brioche with bitter bark cream ice cream - delicious!
