One of the oldest castles in France, it now houses the works of local painter Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec.

Completed in the late 13th century, this fortress is one of the oldest castles in France! Over the course of its existence, the palace has undergone several changes. The main one took place between 1254 and 1357, with the installation of 7-metre-thick walls at the base, the construction of a massive keep and ramparts, and so on. Over the centuries, the bishops transformed the château into a covered pleasure residence with large salons, terraces and gardens. Today, the monument is a showcase for the works of local painter Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec.
