One of the oldest castles in France, it now houses the works of local painter Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec.

Completed in the late 13th century, this fortress is one of the oldest castles in France! Over the course of its existence, the palace has undergone several changes. The main one took place between 1254 and 1357, with the installation of 7-metre-thick walls at the base, the construction of a massive keep and ramparts, and so on. Over the centuries, the bishops transformed the château into a covered pleasure residence with large salons, terraces and gardens. Today, the monument is a showcase for the works of local painter Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec.

Which beautiful garden and this small walk under pergolas leafy to get facing the river and this beautiful view of the rest of the city.
To Albi without seeing the Berbie palace, it is inadmissible.
This monumental building, which looks like a fortress, which stretches at the foot of the cathedral is a masterpiece.
It is here that the Toulouse Lautrec museum is, where you can admire the paintings of the painter tarnais.
The gardens of Berbie, located behind the palace, are French, superb gardens and with a magnificent view of the Tarn.
the gardens of the Berbie palace are splendid in spring and summer, it is here that I made my photos wedding like many of albi.
Access to the visit of the gardens is free what is increasingly rare
