The From d'Aquì cheese dairy is located in the commune of Assac, in the Tarn department of Occitanie, about 30 km from Albi, 60 km from Rodez and 100 km from Toulouse. The owners, Maryline and Dominique Fages, are ewe breeders and produce farmhouse cheeses and yogurts made from ewe's milk. Their products are sold locally in short circuits, notably at the farm, at markets in the Tarn and Aveyron regions, and in stores and restaurants within an 80 km radius of the cheese dairy. The From d'Aquì cheese dairy is committed to sustainable production and feeds its ewes on site. Visitors are invited to discover the dairy's sheep and delicious 100% farm products.
