It is in an old farmhouse that the chef Patrice Outurquin has put down his pans. The enchanting setting of this establishment has since become the backdrop for authentic meals, mainly cooked over a wood fire. It is impossible to ignore the chef cooking his grilled meats on vine shoots in front of you. Beef and duck reign supreme, alongside pan-fried black pudding and snails à la mazamétaine. On the menu, you will find all sorts of grilled meats, as well as local and regional specialities that are both generous and refined.

Après deux repas de groupe (80 ans parents environ 30 pers et repas cyclistes 45 pers)
je ne peux que recommander l'étable à roussette , tant pour le régal des yeux, et des papilles.
Vous passerez un moment inoubliable.
Le chef tavaille les produits du terroir à la perfection, utilise des produits de qualité. (viande et légumes).
Toute l'équipe s'adapte à la demande de la clientèle.
une note particulière pour la présentation des patisseries,
les grillades aux sarments de vignes sont goûteuses.
vous ne serez jamais déçus.
