A true cocoa enthusiast, Guy Roux has been a master pastry cook, chocolate maker and confectioner since 1989 and has been able to seduce customers and professionals throughout his career. First elected best apprentice in the Rhône-Alpes region in 1982, this ambassador of taste was crowned French champion in 2004, vice-world champion in 2005 and promoted to "grand ambassador of the culinary order" in January 2012. Guy Roux owes his success to his methods and ethics.
