Taste the wines of Françoise and Guy Fontaine (independent winegrowers from the Gaillac region) accompanied by a selection of farm produce, and learn how to marry the flavors and aromas of their terroirs. Les Garbasses is an estate where everyone is welcome: wine novices, amateurs and connoisseurs alike, the only thing that counts is sharing a taste for good things together. Here, you'll learn about the Gaillac terroir, winemaking methods and how to combine Gaillac grape varieties with farm produce from the Tarn region. After a guided tour of the vineyards and cellars, you'll be invited to taste the estate's wines. Wine and food pairings reveal all the aromas of these authentic products. This year, the estate has also started producing sunflower oil and durum wheat pasta. You'll find all our products in the Ô Saveurs Paysannes store, open Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm, and at local farmers' markets: Saïx (Marché des Deux Clochers), Mazamet, Saint-Amans-Soult, Saint-Paul-Cap-de-Joux on Tuesdays, Colomiers, Lavaur and Blagnac on Saturdays.
