Domaine Plageoles is 7 generations of winegrowers, 27 hectares and 2 farms: the Domaine des Très Cantous (Cahuzac-sur-Vère) and the Domaine de Roucou-Cantemerle (Castelnau-de-Montmiral). They produce white and red AOC wines, with a majority of white vines. In addition to cultivating mauzac in all its forms, Bernard Plageoles has brought back to life old grape varieties such as ondenc or prunelart. His natural vinification gives birth to beautiful sparkling wines (method gaillacoise), sweet and mellow, very characteristic.

Un accueil très sympa, un homme passionné, du mono-cépage, des prix qui valent la qualité.
Je recommande vivement de passer par là si vous souhaitez goûter et acheter du vrai Gaillac.

Nous avons passé une agréable matinée en compagnie de Florent qui nous a présenté l’histoire du domaine familial et des vignes qu’il cultive.
La philosophie tournée depuis longtemps vers le bio et votre façon de travailler la vigne vous permettent de proposer de supers vins.
Le vin d’Autan est fabuleux

Have read up on this vineyard and was looking forward to visiting. Didn't phone for appointment so did have to wait a long time before degustation. super wines but was somewhat taken aback by the prices. Even worse, visited another vineyard and similar wine at a much better price, like three quarters the price ????
