Cam C Well, it's the story of Vlad, the boss. Born in Russia, he arrived in France at the age of 11 and today he proudly claims in his establishment the products of his adopted region, Aveyron. In respect of local producers - his father is a farmer - he only works with fresh ingredients and always favours the local. Beef and veal are even delivered directly from his parents' farm, the Malaterrie. We like the canteen spirit at lunchtime, but you will have to book if you want to have lunch there because the places are expensive.
