LA FERME DE RAYSSAGUEL
Gite and guest rooms in an old farm raising ducks and Limousin calves.
In this former 18th century farmhouse, ducks and Limousin calves are raised outdoors, in accordance with tradition. On this 35 ha farm, quality is a must from feeding to canning. Gold, silver and bronze medals and other awards are there to testify to this know-how that Paul and Renée Rolland have held for generations: block of foie gras, whole foie gras, semi-cooked or cooked, foie gras products, ready meals, confit... If you wish to live an experience on the farm, Rayssaguel has been offering accommodation, labelled Gîtes de France, with 3 new standard gîtes and 5 guest rooms since 1989. A table d'hôte is also at your disposal to discover the farm's products around duck and good Gaillac wine. Perhaps you will leave with some of the specialities in your suitcases?
